  • Registration open 5/1/26. Click link to World Dance Registry to purchase pass or competitions.

  • The event offers weekend passes & day passes. 

  • All competitors require a weekend pass to compete. 

  • Early bird price will be available with Tiered pricing (sign up early for the best discounts).

    • ​Tier 1 = $189 (first 100 tickets available or price increase after 5/30)

    • Tier 2 = $199 (tickets 101-200 available or price increase after  6/30)

    • Tier 3 = $209 (tickets 201-300 available or price increase after 7/31)

    • Tier 4 = $219 (tickets 302-400 tier 4 tickets available or price increases after 9/30)

    • Tier 5 = $229 (tickets 400+ or price increase 10/1 and at the door)

  • Students, International and All-Star passes are available with 2 tiered pricing​

    • Tier 1 = ​$129 (tickets 5/1-9/31)

    • Tier 2 = $149 (tickets (10/1 to at the door)

  • All weekend pass holders may attend the cocktail party dinner (included with pass).

  • The breakfast buffets Friday & Saturday are optional. ($30 thru 9/30, $40 10/1 thru door while available)

  • All competitors require a weekend pass to compete.  

  • All competitors are responsible to read the event Rules as there will be no competitors meeting. 

  • All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • Table Seating - If you would like to setup private tables for your group (with 10 seats for full pass holders), please email us by 10/1/26 with the list of attendee names. Limited number of tables available. 

  • Day passes do not include the cocktail party (but may be able to be added if there is availability for $30 at the door, please see the registration desk).

  • Levels may be combined if there are not enough entries.  (For example:  Newcomer/Nov or Int/Adv).

  • All attendees are expected to sign the Liability Waiver.

  • There are no refunds for scratched contests.

  • There is discounts pricing for the breakfast buffet pre-registration by 9/30.
     

  • Student discount will be available with valid student id & under 25 years old.
     

  • All-star discount will be available and must dance in the All-Star Jack &Jill.
     

  • International Traveler discount will be available, and must bring passport identification with primary residence in another country. ​
     

  • At the door pricing will be available
    10/1/26 thru 10/18/26.
